Why the cheap fix usually costs more
When you hire cheap and inexperienced technicians to handle an electrical problem, you run the risk of dramatically overpaying, or worse, compounding the issue you already had with poor workmanship. Baker Electric Inc. has been troubleshooting and repairing electrical systems in Lubbock homes and offices since 1974, and we would rather diagnose the actual fault than patch the symptom. Every technician we send is bonded and insured, and every job we finish is warrantied.
What sits alongside a repair call

A repair call is rarely just one thing
A tripped breaker in an office can be the panel, the wiring behind the wall, or a fixture that has been failing quietly for months. We would rather find the real cause than replace the part that failed first. If the real fix turns out to be bigger than a repair, for instance a panel that has aged out, we tell you before we start, not after. Homes and offices, same standard
Whether it is a house on the south side or an office downtown, the same technician, the same license number, and the same warranty apply. We take cash or check, and pricing is competitive rather than padded to cover a callback. If something goes wrong after we leave, it is covered.
